No exceptions. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Clients for styling service only are permitted in her studio. No additional family or friends at this time please. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Your temperature will be scanned and you must wash\/sanitize your hands prior to beginning our service.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Sanitation is conducted regularly between clients to provide an environment that is as safe as possible. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Please, if you&#8217;ve felt ill in the recent past or if you are currently experiencing any of the following: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><i>a cough<\/i><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><i>sneezing<\/i><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><i>shortness of breath<\/i><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><i>difficulty breathing<\/i><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><i>fever or chills<\/i><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><i>muscle or body aches<\/i><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><i>vomiting or diarrhea &#8211; <\/i><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><i>these are the likely symptoms of Covid-19 &#8211; <\/i><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">We will have to reschedule our appointment for a later date.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>Scheduling<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">A $50.00 deposit is required to reserve booking and is applied towards your service on the day of your scheduled appointment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Please be on time for your appointment. A grace period of 15 minutes is permitted. Please note: <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">No shows or late arrivals will result in the loss of your deposit. If you are having difficulties with your scheduled appointment, please contact Davette at 210-637-1196<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>Cancellations<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Clients must notify Davette of their need to cancel and or reschedule a full 48 hrs ahead of your scheduled appointment by calling: 210-637-1196. Be sure to leave your name and contact information. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>Client Prep<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">The day before your appointment, your hair must be:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Washed with shampoo<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Detangled with conditioner<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Rinsed thoroughly<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Fully air dried<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">No product <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Hair that is unprepared will automatically be charged an extra prep fee or risk rescheduling if extra time cannot be accommodated.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Please contact Davette if you have any questions about prepping your hair the day before your appointment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>Photography<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Client photos taken during the service in Davette&#8217;s studio is permitted with her approval.
