Davette’s Studio Policies
Davette cares deeply about the health of all her clients.
Therefore, while you are in her studio, masks that meet CDC requirements for Covid-19 that cover the mouth and nose must be worn at all times. No exceptions.
Clients for styling service only are permitted in her studio. No additional family or friends at this time please.
Your temperature will be scanned and you must wash/sanitize your hands prior to beginning our service.
Sanitation is conducted regularly between clients to provide an environment that is as safe as possible.
Please, if you’ve felt ill in the recent past or if you are currently experiencing any of the following:
- a cough
- shortness of breath
- difficulty breathing
- fever or chills
- muscle or body aches
- vomiting or diarrhea –
- these are the likely symptoms of Covid-19 –
We will have to reschedule our appointment for a later date.
A $50.00 deposit is required to reserve booking and is applied towards your service on the day of your scheduled appointment.
Please be on time for your appointment. A grace period of 15 minutes is permitted. Please note:
No shows or late arrivals will result in the loss of your deposit. If you are having difficulties with your scheduled appointment, please contact Davette at 210-637-1196
Clients must notify Davette of their need to cancel and or reschedule a full 48 hrs ahead of your scheduled appointment by calling: 210-637-1196. Be sure to leave your name and contact information.
The day before your appointment, your hair must be:
- Washed with shampoo
- Detangled with conditioner
- Rinsed thoroughly
- Fully air dried
- No product
Hair that is unprepared will automatically be charged an extra prep fee or risk rescheduling if extra time cannot be accommodated.
